RETURNS & REFUNDS
The Styling Republic does not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. Only faulty or damaged products may be returned and must be approved by us prior to making the return. Any returns must be made within 7 days of receiving goods at customers own expense. Goods must be returned using original courier or transport company. All items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with discussed furniture courier. In certain circumstances we may authorise an exchange or refund. If damage is incurred by a courier in the return process, that is not an approved furniture courier, The Styling Republic cannot be held liable and credit/exchange will not be issued.
All of our products are handmade by artisans in small batches in Indonesia. Each piece is made of natural materials so imperfections and irregularities are to be expected however imperfections are what adds character and uniqueness to our pieces. Due to the handmade nature of the products, items may not look exactly as pictured. As wood has a natural grain throughout, each piece will have different tones and variations. Our leather is hand dyed so no two cowhides are the same. Each piece of leather varies in colour and texture, with some that have freckles and scars just like humans do. Some of our solid timber products, for example the Molly Stool is a solid piece of timber, it will start to form cracks and open up, adding to its personality. It won't split in half, but due to the natural movement of a solid piece of timber, much like a tree, it will change over time adding to its charm.
Some of our product is sold on a pre order basis. Prior to placing your order, please ensure that you are happy to wait specified wait times for your items. Due to the current nature of shipping and logistics, there have been minor delays in getting our stock to our warehouse in the usual time frames.
For all products purchased on sale, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy. All items purchased in sales are deemed as final sale. Please ensure you are happy with the item prior to purchasing.
DISCOUNTS & SALES
1. Please be aware that the $50 discount for your initial purchase does not apply to homewares or ceramics in this campaign.
All TSR products are hand crafted so need to be looked after with the utmost care. We recommend waterproofing and conditioning any leather goods to extend the life of the leather. Any teak is to be wiped down with a damp cloth. Our rattan items is safe to be wiped with furniture polish and a microfibre cloth. Alternatively use a soft dry brush to remove any dirt from tough to reach areas.
All of our pendants come unwired. We highly recommend a qualified electrician install all of our pendants to ensure it is wired correctly and safely.
We highly recommend the use of a professional handyman to install all of our mirrors. Hanging instructions are provided for our Zoe Mirrors. However, once mirror/s are delivered and signed off on by the receiver, it is then in the customers hands. We take no responsibility for any damages or breakages during mirror installations and will not refund or replace any items damaged by customers. If there are any damages to your mirror/s upon delivery, please notify us immediately.
To ensure you install your Zoe Mirror correctly, we advise that you always keep your Zoe Mirror standing upright, never lay it flat. A minimum of three people is required for safe installation. Please see installation instructions below.
You will need:
A milk crate
6 x Nails
Liquid Nails (match glue colour to rattan)
Locate the studs in your wall using a stud sensor and mark them out with pencil and masking tape.
Measure out your mirror placement. We recommend using a milk crate to help determine the perfect placement height for Zoe.
Place your Zoe Mirror on the milk crate with a towel in between the mirror and the crate to avoid scratching the frame.
Line the mirror up with the marks on the wall for the studs.
When you have accurately lined up your mirror to the marks, pre-drill holes and counter sink your screws. Zoe requires 6 screws in total.
First you will need to fasten the bottom four screws to anchor the mirror, then fasten the top two to hold it to the wall.
Once Zoe is secured to the wall, make up your rattan circles out of the rattan pieces provided.
Place rattan circles over the screws using liquid nails. This hides the holes in the frame to give the illusion that the mirror is floating on the wall.
NOTE: Please use a person who has a good understanding of power tools and is familiar with wall studs to ensure the procedure is completed correctly. The Styling Republic takes no responsibility for any damages or breakages during mirror installations and will not refund or replace any items damaged by customers. If there are any damages to your mirror/s upon delivery, please notify us immediately.
